    Default Exercise Plan?

Does anyone know if I will be able to lift weights and do abdominal work with out damaging my stomach after I get the sleeve done?

    Sure you can!!!
You will need to get clearance from your surgeon though, as with any type of surgery. Estimated time would be about 6 weeks.

***weight loss ticker also includes 23 lbs lost before surgery***

I am still a member of the clean plate club only now my plate is much smaller

I agree with GoofySpice. You need to take it easy for at least 6 weeks. I remember when I slipped and fell on a wet floor 5 weeks after my Gall Bladder surgery, and I was really sore!!! Your body will tell you when you're ready. LOL
