Ok just reviewed my April goals. 13 lbs gone exceeded my 10lb goal. Walking 3 days per week, yep! doing arm toning exercises 3x per week, well sort of but not always. No Zumba yet, been busy with work. I know excuses, excuses. Definitely starting in May. I hope I have encouraged my fellow sleevers, I have tried. And last but not least did not kill hubby in the month of April. If I can just go 1more months without killing him it will be 11 years. BTW my favorite quote for the month of April. My husband went to see a Specialist for the pain in his back and the Dr told him, " The main problem with your back is too much front." I would suggest a diet or looking into weight loss surgery." I almost fell off my chair. Needless to say my hubby was less than thrilled.

OK this was my april post
I am 310 pounds (UGH) I am having my surgery this Thurday April 5. My goal is to lose 10 pounds this month and to continue my walking program.
I had my surgery on the 5th of April - I lost 32 pounds so far - exceeded my goal for 10
and been going to the gym and walking for 45 mins 3-4 times per week.

I had my fifthe dietician weigh in yesterday...I went up 8 pounds!!!!!! In all reality Ill need to loose 12 pounds by my 6th appointment but I really dont see that one happening as Im begining my third trimester in a week...lol
On the flip side, I guess a total of 8 pounds gained at 6 months preganant isnt the end of the world. My whole initial goal was never to reach 300 by delivery. Ill admit my eating habits have sucked royally in April...Ill try to make May a better month. We cant just quit because we dont make one challenge, gotta get back on the horse.
Sorry I'm so late with my April update!! I achieved my first goal. On April 30th, I was 193.2 pounds. I didn't loose ten, but 7 works too!! I have done much better with my protein. I didn't do well at all on increasing my exercise! That is my main goal for May!! Thanks everyone for your support!!!
