Lose 4 more lbs to be in the Century Club! I'd really like to lose 11lbs more by the end of the month, but I don't know if that's realistic. I'll just have to work my tail off. I gotta get on an airplane on May 9thand I would like to be 250lbs or less to fit better in those damn seats!!

How is everyone doing??? I am in a funk and sleep a lot right now.

Im in a funk too with the hubby and I not getting along so well. I am keeping up with my walking and started a Zumba class as well...BUT the fast food and soda plan failed. I guess still have 20 days in April to make it a successful month. Im only trying to get down two pounds or so this month from where I was last weigh in...but I have the lil alien in me constantly kicking me and reminding me how much i want a damn cheeseburger!!!! lol

I've lost 2 pounds out of my goal of 10. I still have around 20 days to go, but I am really struggling with eating well and keeping up with my workouts. I'm in a bit of a funk myself!

I've been feeling really down lately too. I don't know what it is-maybe stress from work. It's making it extremely hard to lose. I only went swimming one day last week and yesterday finally forced myself into the pool again. I haven't lost a single pound all month, which could be part of my problem as well. I seem to be on a one week rotation cycle.. lose pretty well one week, stall for two weeks. It's disheartening.

I HATE feeling so BLAH! I have no motivation to do anything. On the upside I havnet been eating very much either so my weight loss is going well this month so far! 2 more lbs and I hit my goal for the month.

I'm down another pound, which is good, but just knowing that my weight loss is going to slow from this since I'm in the first month was depressing me.

So...I changed my ticker goal to 150 from 130 b/c the sleeve is supposed to help you lose "50% of excess weight" and I realized that looking at 130 every day, despite the great weight loss I've achieved, was bumming me out. I'd be happy with 150, I'm 46 years old, the last time I was 130 I was in my 20s. I'm also going to change my goal to losing 1 lb. per week (as opposed to 2) and see if that helps. If I get to 150 and decide to lose more, that's fine, but if not...that's cool too.

Still working on the food. It's better, but I need to stop earlier than I do. I'm able to eat more than some and can get a few extra bites in quite easily. I did that last night b/c what I was eating last night was SO good...meatloaf and roasted potatoes from the local deli. It tasted like a home cooked meal and I don't like to cook

And I am working on being grateful every day that I lost 17 lbs. the first month after being sleeved...I never thought I'd lose more than 10.

You know, changing the ticker helped! It's good for me to see how far I've come and it's a lot easier, somehow, for me to deal w/ 61 lbs. than 70 psychologically. 61 lbs. is like, yeah, I'm halfway there and I've come a long way from a high of 255, 70 is like...you have a lot more work to do and it's gonna be a long slog. It's only 9 more lbs. so I'm not sure why it makes such a big difference, but it does! What do your numbers say to you?


I went to a support group last night where the leader told us some of us may always weigh more than "average" weight people w/out weight problems b/c we have loose skin, which can cause you to weigh more, 10, 20, or more pounds!

Freaking hell, it took long enough! I broke 180 today. Who knows if it will stay there but I was 179.6 this morning! 11 lbs to goal!
