Six weeks out and another milestone met!

After stalling for 2 weeks at the 3 week mark I started to lose again this week, I'll chalk it up to the very mild temp's. here in New England. I needed to share with all, the exstatic feeling I recieved from our Patio furniture the last couple days. Now when I get up the chair stays on the deck instead of sticking to my prodigious Butt and I have to slide it off of me . AHHHH! it's the little things that make me smile ... Good Luck All!

I'm stuck at what I believe to be the dreaded three week stall everyone talks about. I'm gonna be really upset if I went through all of this for a lousy 20 pound loss. Its great to hear yours ended - gives me hope. Congrats and thanks for posting!!

NSV stands for Non Scale Victories! Like being able to cross your legs, tie your shoes, wear that pair of jeans that would not fit two weeks ago etc.
