21lb in 10 days.... REALLY???????????? Oh my heavens! And I FEEL great! Love my sleeve. I think I need to name her
great job! I am 3 days post op and I'm actually up 10 pounds right now! very discouraging! did you have swelling or weight gain after surgery? I am so worried/disappointed that I'm actually gaining massive amounts as everyone else is losing! what does your daily food intake look like?
I didn't weigh for about 4 days after surgery but I looked about 7 months pregnant so yes I had some bloating. Ticker is updated and daily intake:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Pureed veggies
Dinner: Soup and pureed veggies
And as much water has I can force in that bad boy through out the day of sipping
Congrats to all! It really is amazing! I just weighed and changed my ticker AGAIN! Since my pre-op diet I've lost 18 pounds total (20 days). This is definitely a first for me. Since surgery, I gained 3 pounds at first, then lost them, plus 9 more! 9 pounds of real fat gone for ever since surgery, in 6 days!
gosh, great job everyone! I went to the store this afternoon and walked around as much as I could but honestly, it wasn't much. only about 10 - 15 minutes tops. I still get very weak and dizzy when i walk around. I also noticed my calves are wanting to cramp up on me. I'm sure it is lack of fluids. I'm trying really hard to get them in but even sipping all day long I'm only getting around 40. I am so jealous of all of you! Keep up the great work!
I'm happy for you Mindy, I hope the wieght continues to to just drop off of you.

Give it time, I came home from the hospital 9 pounds heavier but lost that and more. The cramping I would bet is from dehydration, I had the same thing, just do your best to have a cup in your hands at all times and keep sipping and you will feel soooo much better. You're on your way ... it just gets better.
