title says it all... I do not have a clue what I'm supposed to be eating, how much, what number of carbs, protein, fat, etc but I have only lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks and I feel like a failure... I'm just eating with no direction and sadly I didnt get much info when I called my surgeons assistant....
I eat tuna, eggs, protein bars, whey isolate, isopure, water, multi, biotin.... I just dont know how much i'm supposed to have
what is one days worth of carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, water, supposed to look like... maybe like a meal plan?
