My emotions have gotten the best of me today. After such a long few months it is all coming together. I am so excited to be going the 19th to pick my actual surgery date! I can not wait to be the healthy and skinny Mommy to my kids and Wife to my husband. I have still only told a few ppl about my surgery but its alot more people then i had orignaly planned. I think as time goes on i know that this is the best for me and i really dont care what people think. I still have to go for the sleep apnea test tomorrow and then im done thats it. Is this really happening? SOMEONE PINCH ME PLEASE!!!

As you endure your journey, it will not be so much the "skinny" part that you are after, but it will become more about being healthy and learning a new way of eating. Just remember there is a lot of work before most of us get to "skinny". We celebrate every single pound that we shed, whether we are skinny yet or not. In the end, skinny will feel more like a "bonus" than the goal.
