OH MY GOD! I made a huge mistake. I drank plenty of water then ate food and again drank water Does this mean i strecthed my stomach??! if i've done it once it doesn't mean that my stomach is strecthed, right!? i'm so sad

Relax and take a deep breath, you didn't strech your newly sleeved stomach. Just try to get use to not drinking 30 mins before and 30 mins after. I know its not easy.

This was the hardest thing for me to remember and I still forget once in a while. You didn't hurt anything, the biggest problem with drinking and eating at the same time that I have experienced is that the food kind of floats back up into your throat and makes you feel like you are going to throw up.

Eating and drinking will not stretch ur stomach....they say not to because u don't fill up for as long as the water moves ur food through ur sleeve and ur tummy doesn't get to absorb all the nutrients...gl!
