I feel like im not loosing weight anymore. Can i know why?

This question was asked in our FAQ, as I have not been sleeved, I am turning to the community for an answer that I will put in the FAQ:

Its been 4 months and a half since i did my gastric sleeve surgery. I lost 23 kilos, but I feel like im not loosing weight anymore. Its been 3 weeks and I lost only 1 kilo. Can i know why?

From my research, this is very normal. I lose about 2 - 3kg (4 - 6lb) per month but last month I lost only one. I have read of sleevers who have plateaued for months and then continued on. I don't understand why, but plateaus are common and are probably the metabolism constantly adjusting to the continued change.

with such a small tummy now it is important to eat primely protein. Are you eating mostly protein and staying away from carbs that are filling without nutrition?

Even keeping carbs under 30 a day and protein up at 60 gm a day stalls happen. All you can do it ride it out keep hydrated!! Im sure it won't last long!!
