    Default Something Good is Coming....

As I watch my ticker below slowly approach the end of the rope, I get more and more nervous, anxious, excited, happy, hopeful, worried, uneasy, eager, thrilled, glad, joyful, encouraged, optimistic... AHHHHHH SO MANY FEELINGS ALL AT ONCE!!!! I know my life is about to change forever and as much as it is nerve-racking it is also awesome and amazing.

OK... felt good to let that one out! Carry on fellas

You'll both be fine! It's a wonderful journey and just keep the picture of what you want to look like in your head during the difficult times you may experience in the beginning. Continued succes and keep us informed.

    Just breathe
Think about all the little things, like getting in and out of your car with ease. Sitting in a chair without wondering if it will be ok for you. Going in a restaurant and not worrying about if you fit in their booth. Walking past a window and double taking because you are thinking, hey s/he looks good.. instead of who the heck is that? Think about finding the you inside, reflected outside.
If I can do this, anyone can..... climb on the Sleeveland Xpress
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!
CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.
