I can't tell anymore? 17lbs from goal so I think it's going to be really slow now. I need to get through tax season and then step up something (like exercise). I finished swim teaching 3 weeks ago so I know that contributed to the slooooow weightloss. I only start again 04/04. I also haven't had a protein shake in about a week. Lol I think I'm rebelling!

My goals this month are:
1. workout 2-3 times a week @ the Y
2. 15lb loss for the month
3. at least 64g of protein
4. start using my rowing machine at least once a week
Starting off at 257.
