My son has this! Just let your doctor know you probably will have to be on antibiotics but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to

The doctor who originally diagnosed you with H-Pylori, should have treated you with a combination of antibiotic and an acid reducer. Once you are treated, you no longer have H-pylori. Testing for H-pylori may be a routine pre-op test. If your test comes back positive you would need to be treated before you have surgery.
H-pylori is a bacteria commonly found in the stomach. It is a risk factor for stomach ulcers and stomach cancers.

You can still get the sleeve after you take your antibotics. I have the same thing. My dr put me on antibotics for two weeks. However I could not not my acid reflux meds while taking it. Good luck hope you feel better. The meds makes me nausea. Be glad when two wks over.
