and let me just say.... I am in NO WAY affilliated with Dr. Kelly or Trish... I have spoken to him several times, emailed him about my situation with my band and like I said before... HE was my first choice and would still be if only he took FSA credit cards!

Wow! Really? Just because someone finds information you don't like they are a coordinator or in some way being paid?! I did search for the license under his name and could not get it to come up. I just went and searched under the license number and yes, it came up. I was wrong about that. However, why don't you call the hospitals and ask them if he is no longer there because his "contract was up".

If you go look at all of my previous posts I have ALWAYS been a vocal supporter of Dr. Kelly. In fact I refered my sister and my cousin to him. We did go through a lite'r me and they told us that they were the only coordinator for Dr. Kelly. A lie? Maybe. The fact remians that Dr. Kelly lied about the woman that died. Why didn't he just say that she died from bleeding?

What is really shocking is that all of you consider reading a board research. That's not research at all. You are saying that you don't know who I am, well you don't know who anyone posting on these boards is. Yet this is your research?

I posted this to help someone that is looking for a surgeon in Mexico. All of us should be helping each other and be thankful for the good AND the bad information that is passed along. It is then up to the person to decide what they want to do with that information.

GOTTAGO why do you care so much about Dr. Kelly? Your posts are prefabricated that makes me laugh!!! And by the way I did call the hospitals you write of and actually they receive Dr. Kelly when he wants after all Money is Money isn't so? Face it... You are a patients coordinator and you are angry because Dr. Kelly dump you... So actually we are helping people that want surgery with Dr. Kelly Why??? Because we don't have bad things to tell about him, he is excellent, the best of bariatric surgery, he takes care of his patients! But God Bless you and above all help you 'cause you really need it! =)

If that post were true then why is it that they don't want anyone to know who they are??? I have worked as a Medical Proffessional for the past 28 years and I am appalled at the way the coordinators at "A Lighter Me" are conducting themselves. I find it so ironic that last year when I started researching this procedure and I contacted "A Lighter Me", they actually suggested Dr. Kelly, because he was "The Best", however, when I mentioned Trish as a coordiantor, they started bashing her name on the phone to me saying she didn't really work for Dr. Kelly, that she just told everyone that and that I should use them, ect, ect. But when I had to put my surgery off til this year, all this Dr. Kelly bashing started from "A Lighter Me" all of a sudden. I eventually found out that he was no longer associated with them, and then it all started making sense. I had decided not to go thru them because I felt they were very unproffessional when I was talking to them last year. Instead I went straight thru Dr. Kelly's office. I have had a fantastic experience so far. I get an immediate response when I call or email them, no matter what time it is. I am more than pleased with the service I have recieved so far and I have had 4 friends in the past year that have had surgery by Dr. Kelly and they are all very pleased with him, Trish, and the rest of the staff as well. They all have had trememdous results without any complications at all. So I am sticking to the facts and not some unproffessional, mean spirited Dr. bashers. They will just continue to lose business due to their poor practices. & Dr. Kelly will continue to succeed and be blessed for his good work and kindness to others. I did my research extensively, and Dr. Kelly is my choice.

I see. So the real issue is that in order to be a part of the club I need to bash a lighter me. Ok....they suck. Happy now? I still say if you want to be sleeved by the best, go to Dr. Alvarez.

I just had surgery with Dr Kelly this past Monday on the 30th. Dr Kelly is wonderful and the care I recieved was excellent!! I have felt great and know that I made the right choice in choosing a great surgeon!
