Beef Jerky?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a great beef jerky with no MSG. Does anyone have a brand that they absolutely love that is tasty, super tender and low on the sugar?

Ostrim! It is beef and ostrich. The original and pepper are my favorite.

I purchase mine at GNC, HEB, Nutrition Depot, etc. You can also purchase online. I have purchased online from Amazon and Lucky Vitamin.

I love it. It isn't "jerky" it is more of a meat stick. It does have 14 g of protein per stick, 80 calories and 2 g of carbs.

if the idea of eating ostrich gives you the willies, they also make a turkey stick, whihc tastes great and is sometimes cheaper. try the applewood flavor. chesapest place looks like amazon

Obviously MSG isn't good for you, but is that the only reason you searched out this jerky, or do you find regular jerky has other bad side effects, particularly post-surgery?
