I really prefer to pace myself a little slower than that...but I admire you! Hang in there..it can only get better. And take the ibuprofen NOW! lol.

You're not fat and old you're just out of shape, j/k

If I did all of that I think I would collapse in a heap and wake up a week later. I started teaching swim lessons this morning from 7-9am came home and slept for 3 hrs! If I didn't have to pick my son up from school I could go back to sleep!

    1. Lose 18 lbs this month
    2. Keep carbs under 50g
    3. Workout 3-4x per week
    4. Take vitamins
    5. Increase protein

I was three lbs off last months goal so I added in to this months maybe that will give me the motivation to go harder. I really want to be successful at this!

I would just like to start losing again. I walk 2-3 miles a day making rounds at the hospital. I also take 4 flights of stairs at the hospital several times a day and then I walk home which is another mile. Tuesday's I take a 30 minute boot camp class and Thursday I take a Core class. I also hike with a pack 7-8 miles every single Saturday and I swear the scale is not budging but a lb or two every few weeks. This is very frustrating being that I am so active. I am not sure what else I can do. Any ideas?

I am basically eating protein and salads and water. Very low carbs if any at all.

With all that exercise, perhaps you're not getting enough nutrition. Maybe you're eating just enough to sustain but you need to fuel your body. Try upping your calories or increasing your carbs a bit.
