Don't feel "good" after eating

I am 13 weeks post-op. I am loving the results but for the past couple of weeks, when I eat, I don't feel very good. I wouldn't say bad but just not good. It goes away after about a half hour. I am not eating too much as I am eating very little and even cut back the amount to see if that's what it was. I also am chewing my food to mush. I thought maybe I was eating too quickly again but even when I really go slow, it's the same. Anyone else experience this? I am not consuming liquids around mealtimes so that can't be it either. I am putting healthy food in my mouth. I just can't figure it out. It makes it so I don't even want to eat. Doesn't seem to matter what it is either-eggs, fish, chicken, veggies, fruit, yogurt, etc.
Any insight would be helpful.

sorry you're not feeling good when you eat... as someone who is pre-op, I am very interested to see what kind of advice you're given. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Hello all. I am 6 weeks post op as well. My surgery was Jan 3, 2011 and I am experiencing the same things. I am eating well, not drinking too soon after meals. Not eating to fast or the wrong thing, but I feel "funny" after eating. The weird thing is I start to feel this way even before I put food in my mouth. Its like I anticipate the blah feeling before I even eat, therefore it makes me not want to eat. Also, maybe someone here can help me to consume more liquids. It is impossible for me to get 64 oz of water/liquids in me everyday. ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Hello everybody. i had my sleeve on January 7th and i have the same problems too. When i am eating with 2-3 spoons i feel fool and somehow strange, and i cant drink a lot of water either. sometimes i forgot and i dont chewing that good the food and i dont feel well. What I wonder is if we will have quality of life are we going to eat better after one year maybe? we will see i guess!
