Weight loss, lower blood pressure, and feeling ok

My blood pressure before i started walking and dieting was 195/95. At the surgeons a month later after dieting and walking it was 193/85. Today it was 170/80.

I've lost a few pounds since surgery but I haven't stepped on the scale to check.

I had a greek yogurt today. Licked it over the course of an hour. Its only been a week since surgery but it went down with ease. Milk is tolerated also.

great you are doing so well, I agree with not jumping on the scale alot...its nice to see signifigant weight loss when you get on...great your blood pressure is going down too!!!

glad to hear that you are doing well too, and that the blood pressure is coming down - thats very good news. Are you on any medication for the blood pressure? Still a worry that its that high. Hopefully will come down lower soon.

It's so good to hear from you! Glad you are doing well. We are in the same boat girly. I think I'll try some of that yogurt tonight. I'm a scardy cat to try stuff to eat then when I do... I never know how much I can eat and don't want to risk eating too much. Keep posting!

I dont know why my BP got so high but i had been eating badly for years with no physical activity. Its amazing how fast it is dropping.

My weight at surgery on the 19th was 244. Today I weighed in at 230!!! WOW.
