skin tightening will i need it

im wondering if i get to my goal which is to lose 70-80 lbs will i need to get skin tightened or will this amount of weight loss not warrant this.i dont think ins covers that and iwill not be able to self pay.any drs take payment plans for this in poughkeepsie ny area?have no real surgery date yet but put one in forum cause ui thought i had 2. ist of 3 mos appts is thurs. how long before ill actually get a date?

Don't know about the location, but if you do a search on "loose skin" on this forum you'll find ton of info about that and if you check out the regional forums you might also find some folks on the east coast that can help you.

My insurance will pay for a tummy tuck after i lose to my goal weight ..only if I have skin irration or rashes or like boils which it has already started but it has to be noted by your physcians

Hi!!! I finally found someone local!!! WOOOHOOOO!!! I am a patient of dr kwon in middletown, ny....what insurance do you have....I have bcbs and they pay for part or all of the tummy tuck depending on your condition. I know that there is a chance of it being medically nessasary if you have skin rashes, but it has to be documented by your dr. (I normally just put desitin on it and it goes away).....good luck!
