I was sleeved 12-19-11. My boyfriend has always made me be on top. I thought he was lazy. The other night he told me he was looking forward to trying another position when I lose more weight. For 8 years I never knew! And he was nice enough not to make a big deal about my weight and kept it to himself. No wonder I love him so much. He loves me in spite of my weight, but is looking forward to a thinner me.

The best part of sex after the sleeve is you will actually be able to enjoy your partner exploring your body. I don't have excess skin (which I was worried about) so there is like this new found freedom with sex. I have always enjoyed it and had a high drive, but I didn't really like being naked during the day or with lights on....and having someone roam my body with their hands, mouth whatever, was uncomfortable for me also because I didn't want them to see or feel my chubbiness.

Now, it's my very favorite part of foreplay.

As for being on top, again - I loved the position before, but hated being on complete display. Now I love it.

I think it has a lot to do with feeling sexier now too.

Im single, so this won't be all that helpful probably....but 2.5 months

However, if he is on top it should be fine. You're going to know if you're using your abs too much and you can stop. Instead of him laying on top of you...just have him hold on behind your knees (lifting your legs up) and he can lean against that instead.
