TEXAS DE BRAZIL - Picanha, picanha, picanha meat!!!!!!That is what I had 1 wk prior to starting my WLS preop diet!
I do not regret it, not for a second. I love the sliver thin picanha meat in that Brazilian restaurant. Yummmmmy!

I did the same and ate lots of delicious thin sliced Picanha meat from Texas de Brazil. Yummmy!

2 days before my surgery , I had my favorite Greek food ! SOUVLAKI PLATTER salad Feta cheese, Hummus , cucumber sauce !

Mike - you and me both - I love, love, love Greek food....and Turkish for that matter which is very similar.

I am debating whether to have or not have a 'last meal'. I might feel upset like one of the other posts on here but maybe I'll have my 'last' meal two or three days before my pre-op diet starts so it doesn't feel like one!!!

Tri tip, loaded baked potato, and shrimp, and salad
