I am one month out and just couldn't take the protein shakes any longer but knew that I needed the protein. I purchased a Cuisinart Yogurt Maker and turned my protein shakes into frozen yogurt. For added taste, I add some Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (zero fat, calories, carbs - tastes yummy). I now look forward to my "protein shake" every morning. Also, I will make a double or triple batch, freeze it in serving sizes and let it defrost slightly when I'm ready to eat it. Try it, I promise it will make all the difference in the world!!!
