6 month update

6 months ago today I had the sleeve surgery. It is the best thing I have ever done for me, no one else but me. I am so happy to announce that as of today, I have lost 72 lbs. It is amazing how much confidence I have now. To all the newbies, the struggles of what you can eat and what you cant, the struggles of getting your protein and water in.....it is all worth it.

Thanks. I just wanted to share to let anyone who wondered if they did the right thing when things are rough...just stick with it and you will get there eventually. Yes, I have hit my stalls, but I was still losing inches when I wasn't losing pounds so don't get discouraged. I went from size 18w, 16w down to a 10...a freaking 10. When I had to go to a smaller size, I was so excited I could have cried.

You look fabulous! We are in almost the same spot--I started at 237 five months ago and am 165 now. Isn't it wonderful to feel so darned good??? Yay for you.
