LOL! Actually, if I were much more mindful and could rely on that mindfulness to help me make on-the-fly healthy decisions about what and how much I choose to eat I probably wouldn't have to plan my meals and track my intake every day. But planning/tracking works well for me BECAUSE it helps me resist those temptations that crop up, often unexpectedly, throughout the day.
