keep doing all the things you know are required; lots of water, excercise and eating protein....it will come off. You have to have patients. We all have stalls and it's a normal part of the process. Keep a log of your measurements. I'll bet you're shrinking! Good luck!

I know how u feel to do everything right and the scale is frozen!!!! Really sucks, but everyone says thst it will psss. Maybe you should increase your protein i think i was eating too much salt and retaining water, i have been at the same weight for days.. well wish you luck.
