Good luck on surgery. Just had mines 4/16/15 doing well lost 8.2 pounds first week. still a little nervous about next step.

Welcome Maggie May I have my surgery May 4th. I am currently on the liquid diet.............and i just want to bite something! I always heard this part is hard but it will all be worth it.
This site has so much info and motivation. Gook luck to you - I will watch for your posts and hopefully post my progress.

Mams- I have to read up on that, can't bite anything? I was on liquid medical weight loss diets and missed chewing! Perhaps this isn't for too much longer, hmmm? I'm going to study my pre op papers again!

Feeling well, I just did an update my journey post i am walking 1.5 miles 3 times daily hoping to put it together today and just do 4.5 miles in 1 walk.
