Although I think we all know this, but it is a good reminder to anyone! We tend to get complacent and then wonder why we are gaining weight! I am still in the honeymoon stage as they call it. But have to remind myself to pay attention! Great article! saved it on my computer, so when I need a kick in my ass! I have it close!
Thanks for sharing. Although much of it was common sense, I think some people do not realize how easy and tempting it is to slip into old habits.

I discovered Syntrax Matrix protein powder on the My Bariatric Pantry website. The flavors are REALLY good. Usually I'm just a chocolate fan, but I actually enjoyed almost all of the flavors in the sample package I bought. The only flavor left for me to use is actually the milk chocolate. It has: 120 calories, 2G of fat, 1G saturated fat, 40 mg cholesterol, 130 mg sodium, 3G Carbs, 2G sugars, 23G protein. I brought several packets to my bariatric nutritionist and she was pretty impressed with it. Give it a look Good luck!
Thanks for this super awesome post Ann! I really enjoyed it and have always wondered why we aren't supposed to drink water with our meals. Now it makes sense!
