I use my handy dandy My fitness pal and keep everything recorded in it. i have been to the NUT and somehow missed this tidbit.
One of the WINNERS on this forum told how she had 15 carbs daily..oh my..i certainly do not do that (not that I am on loads of carbs, but just oatmeal has more than that)
how many carbs do you have? or do you count calories?
Thanks just wanting to know what to shoot for..
I know..PROTEIN first, other things second..i know that one..but how much carbs??
