I noticed recently a couple of discussions and questions about the "being full" signals of the sleeve.
Hick ups, runny nose, burping, watery eyes, sneezing, these can all be a signal, that your sleeve is full.
These strange things are caused by the vagus nerve, on top of your stomach.
When the sleeve fills up with food, it will reach the point, where the vagus nerve sits.
By touching that nerve, the symptoms will start.
So, when you notice one of these "signs" put down your utensils and stop eating.
Just leave the rest on your plate.
A couple of weeks after your surgery you can start to look for your sign.
Really pay close attention to what happens, when you are eating.
Once you recognize your own personal "full signal", you know when you are done eating.
I have looked up some interesting links for you.
I hope this clarifies and helps.
