Of course it normal to feel hungry! If you're worried you shouldn't be hungry try drinking. A tall glass of water is the best snack we can have. Everyone has stalls, yes for 3 weeks. I'm currently on my 2nd 3 week stall in 7 weeks. It's not a good idea to get on the scale but once a week. I have noticed my clothes getting looser though. Look for the positive!

As long as you keep following your plan and don't start mindlessly snacking (this is a huge issue for me that I have to work on every single day), you will be fine. I stall pretty regularly! Keep on your plan and you will do great!

Yes, been there done that. For me it's mostly head hunger especially when I am in front of the TV. I used to eat in front of the TV all the time so my brain is now wired to watch TV and eat. Therefore, I have been working on eating at the table without other distractions. I have to reprogram my brain and after 30+ years of eating this way it is going to take a long long time (they say it will take 1 month for every year to change a learned behavior ). Also, if you eat something and don't feel satisfied then you are probably feeling head hunger not real hunger. Also, try drinking water first before you eat anything. Good luck!

I know what you mean. I tend to eat mindlesly more than I should, especially when I am not satisfied with what I ate before. If you are a chocolate lover Walmart has these new protein bars in the cereal isle called Life Choice, the double chocolate is 21 grams of protein for 190 calories and they only cost $.79 each or you can buy a box. If you are having difficulty drinking water try adding 1-2 slices of lemon or orange to it and 1-2 packs of sweet~n~low. This makes a super refreshing drink and gets rid of the water flavor. Plus lemon is a natural dieuretic.
