dear freainds ihad my operation 36day ago was losing weight but istoped losing weight 2 weeks ago in the same weight iused to reach with diet when iwas doing real true one soooooooooooooo ifeel so frustrated ?did igo through all thatt to just rech same weighh iused to stop at????????? and whhy is that happining although idont eat at alllllllllllllllll

Meeeno don't freak out! Many people hit a "stall" a few weeks after surgery. Sometimes it lasts about 2-3 weeks. The stall will end soon and you will begin losing weight again. I've seen many people post this same thing after surgery. Please don't give up. You will begin losing weight soon.

If your like most people you didn't lose that same same amount of weight in 36 days before...you worked alot longer and harder to get that weight off...you should be proud! This is very normal and requires you to work just as hard now that you don't have the luxury of seeing the weight come. Switch some things up (water, work-out, protein)...and watch the weight loss start back-up!

I was told NOT to work out until 6 weeks out, hang in there im also in a stall and like you can't eat,it's easy for people who haven't gone through this yet to say work out ! Eat more protein etc, but when you eat and nearly keel over in pain it's easier said than done errr

EVERYONE hits a plateau. Yours sounds very typical. Your body will catch up...I PROMISE!! We all do. Just relax, realize that this is when you would have given up in the past...there is no more "giving up" your new tummy won't let you. Stay the course, realize that your body just needs time to catch up to your new lifestyle and then before you know it you will join the ranks of us that now respond to others that this is expected and normal : )

Ellemarie your sooo right this is normally the time when we say right I've had enough of this diet now where's the McDonald's lol , but this is a diet you can't get off cos we have a new tummy

ijyst keep asking my self iam following my progrem dosnt do any thing wrong so what i should do else ???????and ikeep telling my huspend iam not loosing weight anymore so should ido diet ?????so he sayes that iam crazy as ididnt eat yet so what more diet iwill ablle to do ?
