What is elliptical? I am only walking for 30-45 mins everyday on treadmill... But have been given th go ahead to exercise so hopefully will start rumba classes and some weight lifting.

I've had cucumbers in a lettus salad along with tomatoes n carrotts and all went down good no problem i did chew them well Good Luck!

They had me up and walking the day of surgery and was told to walk everyday ...I've been walking on treadmill for 20 mins everyday can't seem to do more right now but I too walked for 30 mins a day...

I'm only 5 days post op and still getting a lot of ... Feels like indigestion not sure that's what it is since I'm eating anything still on liquids including broths BUT MAN al the foods talked about...
