I'm from Sulphur, LA, not that far from Lafayette. I'm having my surgery June 14 with Dr Chung in Lake Charles.

Hey everyone! I have finally decided to have the sleeve surgery. I have my initial consultation on April 19 with the Dr. My insurance plan does not pay for WLS no matter what, so I will be borrowing...
