I am almost a year out and starting working out with a trainer, i don't think I am eating enough and I was wondering what people are eating before they work out. I am at my goal weight but I'm not...
My doctor said 2 months, I drink at parties but cannot drink even close to what I used to, so I just make them stronger lol to get the same affect
It actually was a very easy surgery. You get full fast and getting used to your stomach talking to you is probably the hardest thing to get use to. I would do it again in a heart beat.
Here are some pics before and 4 months after.2271622717 Before pic was June 25 and updated pic is from my bday weekend 11/8
I am 4 1/2 months post op and I ask the weight loss agents I went thru and they said one month which I thought was way too soon. My other concern is I'm going with friends that don't know I had the...

Chunky I am ok with lossing it, I mean I guess I am ok cause dont have a choice, but the breaking is what is bothering me. I think it is because my hairdresser over processed my hair, but before I...
I do put my hair in a clip, my new hair dresser that did a deep conditioning on my hair said not to use pony tail holders, clips or scrunches only.
I know losing hair is normal with the surgery but what about hair breaking? Trying to figure out if it is the diet or my hair dresser on why my hair is breaking and extremely dry or both
That is freakin awesome, the first one was filmed an hour away from me and I didnt even know it. I could have been an extra.
Depends on your job I was back to work 4 days later but I have an office job
I eat cooked spinach at least once a week, I miss salads too but I dont eat enough at one time to eat a salad
Congrats on engagement, that is exciting. Also on your weight loss it feels good when you try on clothes that are too big.
If you loose your friends over this, then they were not your true friends anyway. I only told 2 family members and 1 friend that I have even had the surgery. Everyone else knows that I am on a high...
