Tell them you ate earlier and you were not very hungry.... or had a big lunch or not feeling well.... just some ideas :)

Thank you erinjsa... this weekend will be long but I have so much to do in preperation... finish cleaning and getting ready for after surgery... the long part is the pre-op diet I am on... I was more...

Interesting.. I have heard many who do that after having a child or for other reasons but .... I have never heard indivduals with WLS to do that... something to consider... I would love to hear more...

I have surgery Monday so I can't comment in regards to after surgery... However, I can say that I have never had surgery before... this is my first surgery ever... So it is a little nerve wrecking...

I am sorry you are going through this, I have BCBS and sent my approval in the begining of Sept. after 6 months nut visits etc etc.... I am not sure if you have the same requirments as my insurance...

I have yet to be sleeved .. however, I don't think it will hurt you as the pre-op diet is to help your liver shrink and prepare for whats ahead... After having surgery especially early on my...

So happy all worked out... I could only imagine if I was in your shoes.... so glad all is back to where it is suppose to be and you will be getting surgery as expected!!! Keep fighting the fight...

I completely agree with you and I am doing the same thing... but it is no lie if you state you are watching portion sizes and choosing healthier food choices and of course excercising under doctors...
