Good for you. I did a similar thing with clothes in my closet.
I too did a lot of research and had no anxiety what so ever. The only surprise for me came a few weeks after surgery. For the first time in my life I had heartburn. I now take a daily pill for it. ...
Yes it does get better. I am five months out now and as long as I follow certain rules that I set for myself, I pretty much eat normally, just less. I too tracked everything for the first few weeks....
Dr. Almanza was my surgeon and it was a great experience. If you spend a few hours and read posts by people that have had surgery based complications, most likely they had their surgery in the U.S. ...
I had skinny pop in the cupboard too. I found that after a few bites I lost interest. I think if you have a problem with trigger foods it may be best to avoid. Moderation is the key always. Total...
If you are on well water that can be a big source of iron. I agree on the veggies, it's a different type of iron that the body doesn't use as well.
The assumption that coffee is a diuretic was disproved long ago now but still persist as fact. If your stomach is ok drinking coffee, drink it and count it as part of your fluids if you wish. I was...
Congratulations! What an amazing journey you have had.
I haven't had an issue with that other then buffets. Most restaurants have a senior or child's menu to select from. If not, I take leftovers home for the next day.
Dr. Almanza was my surgeon and he is awesome. Nothing to be nervous about, you'll do great.
I wonder if you are doing too much too soon? My instructions were walking only for several weeks, then gradually add other activities. Just my thoughts.
So happy for you.
I have been a slow looser from the start, about a pound a week. Slow but steady. I wouldn't worry about it because you are loosing
I can't stand to be coddled. I am always ready to go home right away.
I use two kinds. Premier Shakes for on the go and Gold Standard powder at home. Gold Standard has lots of amino acids including branch chain amino's. Premier uses just amino chelate.
Please don't let your surgen put you down. I too am a slow looser. Steady but slow. We all loose at different rates. One thing I did to help boost my loss when I felt it was too slow is add more...
Welcome. I too am an Alaskan! Dr. Almanza was my surgen and it was an amazing experience.
I too had a latte at the SD Airport on the way home. No surup or sugar. It was great.
Welcome to the forum. The best advice is to read this forum, especially the search function. I still do a lot of searches myself.
I was lucky enough to have never experience heart burn in my 57 years until I had the sleeve. A couple weeks after the sleeve it came on strong. Hoping at some point it will go away.
I'm a slow looser but it has been steady. I would ally worry if not loosing at all.
Don't know about gallbladder but looks like you have a real nice qh! I have an Arab and a qh. Love them.
Got any big lead fishing weights? Put them in your pockets. Wear heavy shoes too.
I used both too but grew tired of entering every bite into MFP after awhile. I continue with FitBit Flex however, it encourages movement and that makes it worth it for me.
