I think your plan to order as they do and take leftovers home will even out the fairness. I usually eat two or three more meals from my leftovers!

I want to echo what others have said- avoid the protein bars- they are actually pretty high carb and high calorie.

The same thing happened to me in my first few days- sip very slowly, small sips, and know it will get better.
Definitely check with your doctor though- to be sure.

I think there is a lot they don't really know. I have had a feeling that vitamins are a real problem with these surgeries. Sleeve included!
