    If you're giving up food, you're doing it wrong!

    You do need to eat healthy. You need to eat more veggies and less carbs. And less sweets.

    Both my surgeon and my regular doc want me to get anywhere between 200-220.

    READ labels. The Cali'flour pizza crust is extremely low carb. Other califlour pizza crusts I've seen in stores is 20+ grams carbs...
