I weigh 204 the last 4 days are a strict liquid diet...
Does anyone know if I can eat the meaty part of grapefruit and does everything have to be clear?

Sorry it took so long to write.
I couldn't figure out the system.
I too am having surgery on the 6th.
I fly in on Alaska Airlines around 8:20 am
Im starting my liquid diet /pre op. diet...

Hang in there, maybe a change in diet will get the weight loss going again.
You also may be not eating enough.
My surgery is Feb 6.
