    i wonder if this is a YMMV type thing ... i haven't had a problem with advil or aleve (well once with aleve but i was on an empty stomach) - but I've never had issues with drugs even before sleeve.

    So in all of my research and reviewing paperwork - tylenol is listed as the go-to OTC pain reliever. most say to go easy on these items for the first few months - then the info seems to drop off.
