It took me quite a while to decide to start this journey and much information was digested beforehand... and now here I am on day 12 of my pre-op diet. ...

What is your pre-op diet exactly? Maybe it is different here in the UK but I am only on liquids, calorie reduced soups and yogurts and have just finished day 5 and kind of had enough already...
