:) Stalls suck. After my first stall,I up the fluids and xtra protein. I use my cell phone alarm to remind me to drink fluids. Good Luck.:cool:

:(Sorry ur sick, I would worry about drinking more fluids like gatoraid,power drinks that's have elecrticlites, stay away from any form of acid .. Hope this helps
