    My doctor told me he does not even like to do the lap band any more he prefers the sleeve or bypass... This is because of too many complications with lap band and then people would need convert to...

    I knew 100% this is what I wanted to do. I have been trying to loose weight for so many years with no success. I started to have high blood pressure (that is now completely back to normal) my back...

    My vitamin D was also very low. I take more pills, vitamins, and supplements now then I did before....but it is well worth it.

    Lea you should also look into protein powder (flavorless/tasteless). With this you can just add some just about anything...soup, chili, drinks, or anything else you want to. I looked and found it...

    What I have noticed is that everyone is different....no two people are the same. But I do promise you it will get better it just takes time.

    I still struggle daily with trying to get in all my protein. Some days are better than others...but I have noticed the more protein I can get in the more weight I am able to lose.

    Well I am three months post op and just want to let you know it does get better. I can now drink enough water to quench my thirst without bothering me.

    My tests and evaluations only took me three weeks and I had them all. It all depends on the person and how fast they want to do it. Unless the insurance company is involved.
