    it's not that bad. Trust me, you won't want food for a while. I didn't have any issues, personally. I was sleeved, no them, so I prepared regular foods.

    thanks. I don't think I will ever be a 1; that would definitely be too skinny for me. My surgeon says that the body knows when to stop losing. I am not doing anything to keep losing at this point.

    As I sit here, trying to come up with something new and exciting to say, I find myself at a loss. There's nothing I haven't said about my sleeve. I' still love it, and the results I've had from it.

    I am 10 months out and am able to drink normally. I focus on protien first,but can eat a few bites of whatever I like with no issues. I'm still slowly losing, but I am 11 lbs below my goal weight.
