Can I ask why you are considering the mbg? I'm thinking about the same thing because I have regained much of my weight back.

I am confused. My surgery was in May of 2012 and I was told to stay between 500 and 800 calories a day???? I wondering now if that's why I'm stalling?
I don't go back to the Dr until December...
