    but i am so glad I did it, I feel so much better in so many ways, and the hair loss is really the only side effect so far I have had.

    I had my surgery done in August, I have lost 72 lbs, but getting enough protein has been a big struggle, I found some different shakes last week called Lean shakes from GNC they taste much better...

    pretty much all I live on is protein shakes and applesauce and yogurt, I have just started to introduce veggies and tuna into my diet.

    for the first week after they stopped giving them in our IVs, I crushed mine but with the last couple of antibiotics and my calcium I just cut them in 4ths and take a small piece at a time.
