237 On the scale this morning and my sleep is of a higher quality than even 2 weeks ago. And I just had a cup of watery oatmeal.....prime rib it was !!!

Hello everyone. Hillman here from beautiful Texas. A friend with surgery scheduled for late April made mention of the forum so tonight I got off my butt and looked it up.

Getting picked up late...
