    Im the same. I can have a latte with no problem but I can't drink a glass of milk. Ice cream is ok in small quantities.

    Hi Rae,

    Yes I am still taking meds for my diabetes. I take a reduced amount now but because Im insulin dependant, i will never be completely off my meds.

    Im only actually eating about 2 meals a day. I have to be careful with carbs as im an insulin dependant diabetic too.
