You are doing pretty well. I know we have to have a mind set when it comes to exercise. Try doing some swimming a few times a week and then see if that would be something that you would enjoy doing....

I am 10 weeks out and hardly get hungry. As Richsgirl said you mostly feel like that if you wait too long to eat. I have been doing my best to eat every 2-3 hrs. Best of luck
I have been taking regular multi vitamins and calcium since my SIX week without any issue. I was so relieve since the chewable made me sick. Only issue is if I drink too fast I feel a heavy pressure...

Every surgeon has their own rules. I was placed on a 2 weeks high protein liquid diet. Where my friend that will be having Sleeve on Wednesday was told to continue eating until the night of surgery....
