Choc my fav. I make it with almond milk. Sometimes add a little almond butter or half banana. Yum! If its too thick for you, try Isopure Apple Melon.

Not doing bad on my pre-op. Can honestly say that I have only been hungry 1 time. I actually like the protein shakes made with the unsweetened almond milk. Not near as much when made with water....

So I made the decision after much thought - years of it actually. But now that the decision is made - I was thinking of just jumping right in and scheduling my surgery right away (11 days away). ...
