    Re: Plateau for months now

When I get "stuck" or have put on 1-2 and want it off, my go to is a cookie (or 2) during the day. It does, however weirdly, re set me. :)

Re: Tell us your good news....

My good news is that most people are being sensible and staying home; those who have to work are being treated kindly and respectfully.

    Re: staying in

FYI on the weight gain, stress does release cortisol (not a myth, lol) and it causes both water & weight retention. Our bodies are looking for equilibrium.

I am a bored eater as well, but...

Re: Update: Kristi7928 - PRAYERS needed

ALL - I've passed on good wishes, and Kristi says to thank all of you so much. Luann, while I'd be delighted if she were my daughter (and she does call me MA), it's rather an unofficial...

Re: Tell us your good news....

I've rather wondered how I will pry myself out of the house -- however, I am missing face-to-face especially with my "adult children". We are going to use ZOOM so I can put mom's eyes on them.

Downside is no visitors, but since she has lupus its probably good. I will keep y'all updated and...

    Shape shifting - LOL

No, not a new psychic skill. Apparently even when I keep my calories & activity at the same level, the percentage of any type of card causes a "shapeshift", not in a good way.

    I wonder if part of...
